We sign a long-term Master Lease for your property. As the primary tenant, Diamond Haus Collective LLC provides guaranteed monthly rent while professionally managing the unit as a premium corporate and short-to-mid term stay.
Is my income truly guaranteed?
Yes. Your rent is a fixed contractual obligation paid by us every month, regardless of whether the property is occupied or vacant.
What legal protections are in place?
We sign a comprehensive Master Lease or Addendum that clearly outlines our responsibilities. We also handle all local compliance, permits, and short-term rental taxes on your behalf.
Property Care & Security
How do you protect the property from damage?
We carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy specifically for short-term stays. We are contractually responsible for any guest-related damages beyond normal wear and tear.
How are guests screened?
We use a multi-layered process including identity verification, background checks, and review analysis. We also utilize noise-monitoring technology (Minut/NoiseAware) to prevent disturbances before they start.
What does your cleaning and maintenance look like?
Your property is professionally cleaned and inspected after every stay (often 10+ times a month), ensuring it stays in "showroom" condition. We handle routine maintenance and repairs promptly.

Can I still use my property?
Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling for personal use with advance notice, which we will formalize in our agreement.
